TEMSA Vice President Of After Sales Services, Önder Göker, while assessing the situation, highlighted that they are working tirelessly to strengthen the extent of the after-sales services and the quality, and added “The new Call Centre and the Roadside Assistance of Europe are undoubtedly one of the most exciting milestones of this journey we embarked on with our customer-oriented vision. The customer-oriented service we initiated is the result of this approach. Within the innovation of organization that took place in Europe last year, we aimed to be closer to our customers at every stage of after-sales process. And now, thanks to these services, we will support our customers and business partners in line with after-sales.
