Aiglon, a subsidiary of the Syngelidis Group, becomes the exclusive distributor of the new electric 6-meter Bluebus for Greece.
Bluebus, a manufacturer of 100% electric buses, is currently deploying its European distribution network for its 6-meter minibus and has just signed an exclusive agreement in Greece with the Syngelidis Group, a major vehicle importer. Aiglon, a subsidiary of the Syngelidis Group, will be the Bluebus 6m distributor for Greece, and subsequently for Cyprus when a right-hand drive version will be launched.
This is the first agreement that Bluebus has concluded for its latest minibus within its range of 100% electric urban and suburban buses. With a length of a bit less than 6 meters, it has been designed to easily negotiate narrow downtown streets but is also ideal for short day-to-day trips in suburban areas where passenger density is low. As a result, the minibus is particularly well-suited to the Greek market.
The Bluebus 6m was eco-designed in France. Its 98% recyclable structure is produced in our ISO 9001- & ISO 14001-certified factories in Brittany and bears the Guaranteed French Origin label. Offering a range that could go beyond 280 km, it has 3 LMP® (Lithium-Metal-Polymer) all-solid-state battery packs with on-board energy amounting to 126 kWh. It can carry up to 35 passengers and boasts smooth handling thanks to its small size (5.94 m x 2.21 m x 2.94 m).
