Mattei presents its sustainable mobility solutions: the XT-65 and RVT-65

Mattei will be taking the stage, by presenting two of its sustainable mobility solutions: the XT-65 and RVT-65 compressor systems.

The compressors are the most advanced solution for solving the air demands of todays 'on-board' compressed air requirements, namely; braking and air suspension systems and door opening and closing mechanisms, by providing air to critical components which depend upon high quality compressed air for their reliable operation at all times.

To provide total flexibility of installation, Mattei have developed the XT-65 (de-integrated) and RVT-65 (integrated) compressor systems, designed to increase reliability and energy efficiency, whilst lowering maintenance, noise, weight, minimum space requirements, and costs. 

Where space is at a premium, the XT-65 de-integrated solution, provides versatility of installation, allowing the installer to position components in easily accessible locations to suit the vehicles design. Where a more traditional “One stop” approach is required, the RVT-65 integrated solution lends itself perfectly, ensuring all serviceable components are positioned in one location, for ease of maintenance.

Thanks to the compact design and reduced weight, the systems can be easily installed on-board Bus and Coach vehicles with the minimum of effort. The systems are quiet and vibration-free, ensuring guaranteed pulsation-free compressed air is delivered at all times. The systems offer low rotational speed in operation with a limited number of moving parts, making the Mattei rotary vane compressors safe and reliable, which remain decisive factors for any 'on-board' compressor requirement.

Thanks to the rotary vane technology, the process boasts better energy savings together with reduced maintenance and a better product life cycle proposition, opposed to the traditional Piston and Screw compressor technology available today.
