The company ECUtronicemerged from a joint venture between the HÜBNER Group and the Fraunhofer Institute for Transportation and Infrastructure Systems (IVI) in Dresden. This cooperation came about to handle the increasing requirements imposed by ISO 26262:2018 for trucks and buses, as well as the growing need for expertise in the development of control units and software. ECUtronic is headquartered in Dresden, Germany, where a highly qualified team of ten employees works to advance innovation in commercial vehicle software and control systems.
