ATG Autotechnik GmbH is a highly regarded developer and manufacturer of articulation and gangway systems for buses in small and medium-volume series. Specializing in modern, flexible and safe gangway systems, ATG Autotechnikhas been providing high-quality modular-based solutions for buses in standardized and customized formats for more than 30 years. Whether as complete gangway systems or individual components such as articulations, platforms or center hoop systems with folding bellows – ATG Autotechnik can provide customized products for individual customer and vehicle requirements.Folding and corrugated bellows are produced with center hoops and cable guidance systems as well as with roof extensions for all types of buses.
Since its founding in 1989, ATG Autotechnikhas delivered more than 12,000 bus articulations. The company headquarters - with a development center and production facilities - is located in Siek, Germany, in the Hamburg metropolitan area. Currently, ATG Autotechnikhas approximately 65 employees.

ECUtronic GmbH is specialized in the development of application software for commercial vehicles in accordance with ISO 26262. Its wide range of services extends from safety management, to concept and system development, to software development - all based on ISO 26262. In providing these services, the company relies on generic control systems. This not only reduces hardware development costs but also shortens project delivery times. ECUtroniccustomers also benefit from the company’s established partner network covering the entire value creation chain from initial conception to the final organization of testing.
The company ECUtronicemerged from a joint venture between the HÜBNER Group and the Fraunhofer Institute for Transportation and Infrastructure Systems (IVI) in Dresden. This cooperation came about to handle the increasing requirements imposed by ISO 26262:2018 for trucks and buses, as well as the growing need for expertise in the development of control units and software. ECUtronic is headquartered in Dresden, Germany, where a highly qualified team of ten employees works to advance innovation in commercial vehicle software and control systems.
Gummi-WelzGmbH & Co. KG is a leading company in the field of rubber production and sensor systems specializing in the bus industry and other mobility applications. With decades of industry experience, Gummi-Welzhas in-depth expertise and is working with continually updated manufacturing processes. The company is headquartered in Neu-Ulm, Germany, and currently has approximately 80 employees.
Gummi-Welzcore competence is the development of customized profile cross-sections and the manufacture of complete safety and sealing systems for doors, windows and hatches in buses. Gummi-Welzhas extensive know-how in bonding complicated corner situations, for example in the sealing for vehicle windshields. In addition, the company is specialized in the vulcanization of special rubber components and has developed innovative anti-trap systems such as the SensIQproduct range. These systems make use of contact strips, LED lights and infrared beams to provide efficient anti-trap protection in vehicle entrance areas, recognizing hazardous situations in fractions of a second.

The company was founded in 1929 under the name Maschinenfabrik HemscheidtWuppertal Since its founding, it has developed to become a highly specialized partner of the commercial vehicle industry in the field of chassis technology. Hemscheidt has been a wholly owned subsidiary of the HÜBNER Group since 2007 with its headquarters near Düsseldorf.
The portfolio of HEMSCHEIDT Fahrwerktechnikencompasses the development and production of chassis systems for the bus sector and the commercial vehicle industry. This includes hydropneumaticsuspension and damping systems, steering systems for rear axles as well as wheel guidance systems. The company’s products make a major contribution to improving sustainability and efficiency in vehicle operation.
